Dogs stay in indoor/outdoor 5X10 Steel Gated Runs.  Our largest runs can accommodate two large breed dogs from the same family. Outside “airing” area is enclosed by a six-foot privacy fence. In 2010, Mill Creek expanded capacity to accommodate small to medium-size dogs in an environmentally controlled heated and cooled area to better serve our customers.

All dogs are exercised twice daily by kennel staff. Optional activities are available at an additional charge. Optional activities include the following: an afternoon nature walk, coat brushing, retriever tune-ups on both land and water marks and blind retrieves.

Mill Creek's dog food includes Purina One Puppy Chow for puppies and Purina One Lamb and Rice for adult dogs.  Performance Retrievers are fed Eukanuba Premium (formerly called Sportif). If you prefer, you may bring your own food including instructions for feeding. We will accommodate each customer’s request based on the dog's nutritional needs.
